## Contact and engagement policy

Contact: contact@tomhartman.io. Use list_services and get_booking_link for configured service checkouts. Direct booking and payment happen with the booking provider, where the person reviews current prices, terms, and availability. A link does not reserve time or charge money. Do not infer a successful booking or payment without the provider's confirmation. Obtain the person's permission before transmitting contact details or a brief. The prepare_inquiry tool creates a reviewable draft. The submit_inquiry tool is advertised only when direct delivery is configured. An inquiry is not a booking.
